Does anyone know of a lender who will buy the following: 507 middle score with three good tradelines (last 12-24 mo) but 1 1X120 (last 12 mo.) with 80% LTV or higher and a lender that is flexible re: downpayment?  I.E., will accept: seller 2nd for difference or 95% CLTV or unsourced/unseasoned monies at closing [...]
